August 21st, 2015 9:00am-3pm - Advanced Supervision
Ross will offer a six hour supervision of supervision workshop at his training facility in Powdersville, South Carolina. The time will be 9 am to 4 pm. The cost is $60.00 and will be limited to the first 25 participants who sign up on this website. Consider eating your lunch "under the Pergola" in this peaceful setting only minutes from exit 40 off of I85. The title of the workshop is " Advanced Supervision: Lessons from the learned" We will spend time discussing insights from mentors who came before us as well as current situations that participants need to obtain insight on. Come and leave with more than just 6 CEU's.

August 23rd, 2013 8:30am-3pm - "What am I to Do? Parenting skills for middle and high school childern"
What is the proactive parents response to Media? This discussion will focus on planning and preparation for parents of young people in the understanding of discernment in media exposure, and the establishment of healthy boundaries relating to their relational choices?

July 26th, 2013 8:30am-3pm - "What generation do you have in your wallet?"
This training will discuss research on generational differences. The focus will be on strategies that can be identified to understand , support, challenge, and intervene with different persons, while being careful of stereotyping.

June 21st, 2013 8:30am-3pm - "Creative Interventions"
This unique workshop will feature a discussion of helpful forms, books, graphs, charts which have been of assistance in treating people. Each participant will be encouraged to bring in personal forms, graphs, charts which they do not mind being part of shareware of a sort (as long as they obtain credit for original work).

May 24th, 2013 8:30am-3pm - "Summer Strategies 2013"
The focus of this workshop will be to assist clients in the planning and implementation of positive and growth oriented activities for their children. An informed listing of therapeutic, educational and recreational resources available will be discussed. Participants will be able to assist parents in making more informed summer decisions for their children. This workshop will provide a detailed list of program options including numbers and websites. ( There will be no self promotion allowed by any participant).

March 1st, 2013 8:30am-3pm - "Where are my keys? The Aging Professional."
The Professional who identifies that they are at the top of their game yet seem to struggle with some physical, relational, emotional and spiritual challenges at the same time. This seminar will focus on strategic methods to cope with this frustrating reality. A discussion on electronic devises which can enhance our performance, computer programs, billing methods and more….

February 8th, 2013 8:30am-3pm - "Practicing in Smallville"
What do I do when I see a former client in the community? How do I navigate the personal and the professional life? This humor laced discussion will be designed to alleviate stress by sharing helpful stories from each other.

December 7th, 2012 8:30am-3pm - "Understanding Trauma and the effect it has on Perspective"
This seminar deals with our losses. The loss of loved ones, of professional peers, and the impact of our own loss and grief on our work. How do we handle this? Where do we go to talk about such things? ( a special guest and former practitioner, Jim Fox who became disabled after bilateral stroke, will help us gain a deeper understanding about how we can respond more effectively )
